Using KiddoKeeps
- You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose art you upload.
- Only upload drawings you have the right to use. Don't upload photos of people, anything unlawful, or anything that copies someone else's work, characters or logos.
- We may decline an upload, or stop an item before it is made, if it breaks these rules or our printer won't make it.
- You can try KiddoKeeps without an account. A visit you don't save with an email is deleted about 2 days after it started, and at most 3.
- AI styles are made by a computer model and can differ from the original. Review each result before using it; the Original style keeps your child's own lines.
- If we learn a child is using KiddoKeeps without a parent, we may close the account and delete what's in it.
Your child's art stays theirs
Your child's drawing stays theirs. By uploading it, you tell us you are their parent or legal guardian, and you give us permission to store it, clean it up, restyle it if you pick an AI style, and print it on what you order. You also let us send it to the services that help us do this: our printer, and our AI partner if you pick an AI style. We use it only to make and deliver what you ask for, and we keep the files of anything you order so we can reprint it.
If you pick an AI style, our AI partner may also use the drawing and the new picture to train its AI, as the Privacy Notice explains. The Original is never sent to an AI partner to be restyled.
We don't claim any rights in the pictures we make from your child's drawing. The law may not protect the parts an AI model changes.

Orders
- Before you pay, you approve the printer's proof. We print the exact file you approved.
- Each piece is made to order for you in the US. Most orders ship in 2 to 5 business days.
- We ship within the US. Shipping starts at $4.49 and is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Each piece is made to order, so we can't take it back if you change your mind. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo, at hello@kiddokeeps.com, and we'll reprint it free.
If something goes wrong
Write to hello@kiddokeeps.com and we'll sort it out with you. We aren't liable for more than you paid for the order in question, except where the law doesn't allow that.
